At Caretime Oldham we provide a quality service to all adults we support. We do this by listening to the individual and their families & friends and by following guidelines laid out by the Government.
Our staff undertake all relevant training and are supervised by their manager to ensure we provide the highest level of care. Our service will promote the protection and safety of the individual by:
- Working to CSCI (Commission for Social Care Inspection) standards.
- Ensuring all staff follow the policies and procedures of Caretime Oldham.
- Providing the individual with a Service User Guide - a complete guide to our service.
- Through regular monitoring and evaluation of our service.
